At Astrosur, every item is made just for you — printed on demand with care and quality. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

 

✅ We Offer Replacements or Refunds If:

• The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item or size
• The package is lost in transit (confirmed via tracking)

If you experience any of these issues, please email us at astrosur.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue
• Your order number
• A short description of the problem

We’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

❌ We Do Not Offer Returns or Refunds For:

• Wrong size or color ordered by mistake
• Changes of mind or style preferences
• Minor color variations between screen and print (common in apparel printing)
